Merry Christmas to all! Momo came to see us for the holiday. We baked, played, saw trains, light displays, read stories, ate goodies and (the adults) enjoyed some great new wines. Shane took the honors in Scrabble, although with a questionable "yum" (triple word score, no less!) and Jack beat everyone in Candyland multiple times. Great times had by all.

Going in for an Avery kiss.

Jack and Ave discover sugar cookies are as much fun to make as they are to eat (before and after the baking process)

This is what you do when you're two and you're given access to the empty stockings.

And then the four-year-old marching band version.

'Twas the night before Christmas...

First time out on the new bike. She was riding it in the house about two minutes after waking up Christmas morning. She had a big fit (tears and all) when we told her to get off the bike so she could open presents. A new Elmo quickly improved her mood.

The youth 5+ helmet -- too small for the Closser/Ransco huge head genes.

A bright and beautiful Christmas morning.

Getting this picture from the front of the pack was difficult to do!
